Who can participate in Healthy Families of Charlottesville/Albemarle/Nelson:

  • Pregnant people in the city of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, or Nelson County.
  • Families who live in Charlottesville, Albemarle, or Nelson and have children up to five years old. **Families must enroll before the child is three months old.
