Trauma Counselor

Full time – 40 Hours per week 

Responsible for the following job duties:

  • Trauma Counselor is responsible for providing clinical assessment and specialized treatment to children and youth who are victims of trauma as well as their caregivers.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Desire to work towards attaining clinical licensure in social work or counseling
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and families
  • Knowledge of treatment needs of abused and neglected children
  • Conversational Spanish skills preferred
  • Candidates with an interest in promoting mental health connections among low-income, LGBTQ+ youth, and BIPOC communities preferred

Director of Philanthropy

Full time – 40 Hours per week

Responsible for the following job duties:

The Director of Philanthropy will manage and oversee the strategy, planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting/evaluation of all agency philanthropy efforts in order to meet goals.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Four year college degree and 3-5 years development experience
  • Ability to express and transmit ideas in a clear and organized manner, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to represent the organization in public and individual settings
  • Ability to analyze grant proposal requirements to cull critical components and effectively and comprehensively address those critical components in completing the grant
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships within and outside the agency in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial, philanthropy, and agency data and organize same for presentation purposes

Early Learning Specialist

Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary: $38,000

Provides training and consultation to improve the measurable quality of teaching and caregiving practices in early childhood care and education settings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Significant experience with leadership role in preschool/birth-5 setting required.
  • Experience training adult learners setting required.
  • Experience with CLASS™ observation process preferred.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and virtual platforms.
  • Willing to travel within region.

Senior Teen Counselor

Full time, 40 hours per week – Starting salary: $48,500

Responsible for the following job duties:

  • Crisis intervention and counseling services to at-risk youth and their families. Services are provided in homes, schools and/or in the community.
  • Train and supervise graduate level interns and provide leadership in other areas when needed

Successful candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related area
  • State licensure in designated field
  • Minimum of 3 years direct clinical practice, including one year of administrative and/or supervisory responsibility
  • Knowledge of treatment needs of at-risk teens
  • Strong leadership skills and desire to take initiative
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in promoting mental health connections among low-income, LGBTQ+ youth, and BIPOC communities
